Roaya's love affair with food started at a very young age.
Beginning where every food love story does; in the Kitchen! A young Roaya always had a passion for good home cooked food and spent every minute with her mother and grandmother learning and absorbing the way they cooked food that had been passed down for generations. Roaya, however did not just want these delights to be kept in the family, she was eager to share these with the world. Roaya’s dream was to provide healthy organic specially prepared food; Middle Eastern food with a twist. A dream that became a reality with the opening of her first restaurant Villa Mamas in 2011. Roaya’s motto is that the best things in life should not be a secret for the lucky few, let’s share the love, share the passion and share the food.
